Rocco’s $3 Ranch Pasta Salad

After losing 50 pounds, Rocco inspires others to follow his lead with a delicious spinach and artichoke pasta dish. Dr. Oz’s favorite cowboy, Rocco, lassos up this pasta dish that’s good for your blood pressure, cholesterol, and you wallet – it costs about three dollars a serving. Rocco has lost 50 lbs being on his vegan diet, and his fridge full of fruits and green vegetables. When prominent physicians, such as Mehmet Oz, MD, have patients whose life depends on losing weight, they call on Joel Fuhrman, MD.

Dr Oz Rocco’s $3 Ranch Pasta

Ingredients
Frozen chopped spinach or fresh spinach
1 clove of garlic, diced
Non-wheat artichoke pasta
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions
Steam fresh spinach or boil frozen spinach. Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Brown diced garlic clove and mix with extra virgin olive oil. Combine pasta, spinach and the garlic. Top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Hello,

I would like to try the Rocca Ranch Pasta but I’m having a hard time finding the specialty pasta? Where do I search for non wheat artichoke pasta or will plain pasta work?
