1 beet
1 large carrot
Fresh parsley, to taste
1 apple

Is that a cooked beet or raw???

I would say raw beets, cooking them would remove all the good out of them

I think that when you juice fruits and veggies, they should be raw, but cooked beets are awesome, and so much better than canned beets!
