Dr. Oz Miracle Energy Drink Recipes
Rev up your energy level, increase your metabolism and get hydrated with these Oz-approved miracle energy drinks. This is all part of a segment on the Dr. Oz Show today called Miracle Energy Drinks – The New Miracle Energy Drinks: Do They Really Work?
Now I must admit I am not a big water drinker, or maybe I should say ‘I wasn’t’ but Dr. Oz did another show last season on people addicted to soda, which I was one of until he talked about this gadget called Soda Stream. I thought I was addicted to soda but I wasn’t, I am addicted to the bubbles in soda.
I ordered the soda stream machine and I use it constantly, especially for the lemon lime water, you just carbonate the water that takes all of maybe ten seconds then I add the lemon & Lime juice. Best way in the world to get your daily amount of water, and there is no sugar or unwanted so called vitamins and minerals.
