Q: Is apple cider vinergar and Honey good for lowering blood sugars, heartburn, and lowering cholestrol? That’s 1/2 and 1/2 at 1tsbs. per day.

I make smoothies a great one is Pinapple and orange melon(canolope). fresh fruit.
