Love the Dr Oz Show .. I am 48 years old and do not look any older then a someone in their 30′s so what people tell me , why I work out and eat right,,, I am not over weight nor am I under weight. and my secret is no bread. stay away from yeast,.

My pant size is a 0 my height is 5 1/2 . my weight is I 100 pd.

He never gave a specific recipe, in his bonus tip of the day he said to make brownies to stop food cravings. Buy dark chocolate and use can pumpkin instead of oil, and you could add strawberries as well, which contain antioxidants.
