Dr Oz Dr Weil’s Anti-Aging Green Monster Drink
Ingredients
1 cup apple Juice
1/4 cup carrot Juice
1/4 cup cucumber Juice
3/4 cup kale Juice
1/4 cup organic plain yogurt
1 tsp olivello juice (optional)
1 cup ice
Directions
If you don’t have a juicer at home, buy good quality organic juices from the market. If you do have your own juicer, start with organic produce; the fresher the produce, the more juice it will yield. You can juice the fruits and vegetables an hour ahead of time. You can also freeze the juice in ice cube trays.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth; add more or less ice to get the desired consistency and flavor.
don’t forget to try Dr Oz’s Green Drink Recipe, the green drink he swears by and starts his day with.

Hi Sharon,
My brother have the same problem..he’s been dealing this for over 7years now…What did your doctor recommend for medicine??
I wish the recipe were for the *actual* ingredients instead of the juice. I can work with “1 cucumber, 2 carrots, 3 kale leaves”, etc. but 1 CUP of juice? I have a blender that juices everything entirely so I just toss in the whole fruit or veggie without sacrificing the fiber and nutrients in them; this recipe doesn’t work for me, sadly. I’ll have to find another one.
I Have tried repeatedly to juice Kale bagged or fresh it is impossible, I get no juice??? Help
Sometimes when I am juicing and I have to add parsley or spinach I add it along with a more solid veggie. Try putting in a few pieces of carrots and some kale and then a few more pieces of carrots before pushing it down through the juicer. If you find the juicer isn’t working for you, use a blender…Once you have juice from the carrots put some in the blender and add chopped kale (cut really small – don’t use the stem of the Kale) add so much at a time until you have it all blended, then mix it all together with the rest of the ingredients.
They say the Vitamix machines are the best, I don’t know I don’t have one, so I cannot vouch for them. Click on the link it will take you to Amazon, and it will show you the different blenders for Vitamix.
Try your own blender and see if it works then just mix with the rest of the ingredients.
I hope this has been of some help to you.
